Stay more enjoyable than expected. The cleanliness was commendable, but the breakfast selection was limited with only some pastries and cereal. We had a pleasant experience during our two-night stay, just wished for better morning options.

The beautiful swimming pool was of limited use because the temperature of the water was too cold. No one on staff could correct the problem.

Friendly staff,, and affordable pricing can't be beat! The room was spacious and clean, providing comfort and a cute atmosphere .

Breakfast options were quite limited. And the presence of older facilities did detract from the otherwise pleasant experience.

The breakfast area should stay open until at least 9:30 am on weekends.

We have been staying since 2006. We like everything you offer! We have seen many motels spring up in that time frame but we always stay with y'all. We have a young grandchild and really love the indoor pool! We made the mistake of not making a reservation last year so therefore, had to stay elsewhere. A learning experience for us!

Both spots are great for an afternoon stroll and discovering local culture. The room was super clean and the staff were friendly.

Comfortable, fairly clean, breakfast is ok cold cereal fruit and coffee.

I wouldn't stay there again, when there if you pay cash or credit card they charge you a damage deposit of $100.00 at the of check-in they don't tell you about this until it is to late and you find it on your banking account, I booked though Booked.net no problem but the Inn charged me $100.00 through Booked.net than staff didnt realise this so staff charged me another $100.00 damage deposit when all said & done I had $300.00 in extra charges, if everything is ok with your room when you leave you will get your money back after a week or so, because this I had to an overdraft fee because of their mesh up, all I got was "sorry for the confusion"

Booked room a month in advance. Asked for smoking room. Got there, front desk clerk extremely rude. Said we didn't get it because we had booked on line. Couldnt get anyone to answer phone when we tried to make reservations. Friends booked later when we did, but arrived before us. They got the smoking room. We are in the same business, and never would I have one of my employees be so rude, and never would I have skipped the reservation. We would accept the on line booking just as we would a person to person call. All they have to do is answer the phone. We had booked to smoking rooms, and got none. Very poor

The absence of a pool is a missed opportunity for relaxation!!! It's also misleading to still have pool facilities listed online when no updates exist!!! A more robust online presence could prevent customer disappointment!!!

We have stayed at Lea county Inn before and it is our first choice when visiting Hobbs. The price and updates make it an even better choice.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. I enjoyed the 24/7 coffee availability. The breakfast had satisfactory options, including fresh fruit. It was a comfortable stay.

I appreciated my stay at this well-kept hotel, well priced and reasonably large rooms. Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with good bed and microwave and fridge, for instance, which I really appreciated.

The room was super clean and had a microwave, mini fridge, and tv. Free coffee was available all day, and breakfast included muffins and DIY waffles. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, it's conveniently located close to restaurants and shops.
